This house was built for Robert Scott, a
personal investigator for Sir William Pulteney. Although Scott died before the
house was competed, his heirs occupied the house for 121 years. Of special note
are the unusual sidelights that are outside the pilasters on the entrance, which
can be seen on the cover.
